What I liked about these brushes is the quantity and variety of sizes and shapes. My daughter loved them. She can use them for quick makeup, whether on the face or eyes. The material looks sturdy and it's pretty; it matches her vanity mirror. She also uses them for various touch-ups or when she experiments with new makeup styles. I would even say they could be used professionally.
A truly complete makeup brush set. There are 15 brushes, the bristles are made of synthetic fibers that imitate natural hair, they are very soft and gentle. The set includes 9 smaller brushes for the eyes, including ones for blending the eyes. Then there are 6 larger brushes for the face to apply foundation, concealer, powder, contour, blush, bronzer, and highlighter. Anyway, all the brushes come in different sizes and shapes. The handles are white wood with a slight shimmer, they are ergonomic and very comfortable to hold in the hand. The section between the bristles and the handle is made of sturdy aluminum. Each brush is protected by a plastic net to protect the bristles, and they arrived individually packaged.
I had heard that this brand is good, and I finally got to try it for myself. It's definitely an upgrade. These brushes make a good impression from the very first moment. They arrive well packaged, in their bag and mesh to prevent individual damage, and obviously then in their corresponding box. There are fifteen pieces, and a detail I really liked is that it includes the name of each brush and its use along with its picture, although in English—it's a pretty useful detail (third photo). They also have care instructions. When washing them, they don't shed any hairs or create a bad smell. They wash easily and are also easy to use. They are quite dense, and blending with them is very easy, especially powder. They are comfortable to grip, the material feels high quality, and so does the craftsmanship. Also, even though this set is small, it's useful because it has brushes for every part of the face.
I've been really impressed with this Jessup makeup brush set and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. I wanted a set that would give me plenty of options without having to buy lots of individual brushes, and this has done exactly that. The variety included is excellent, with brushes for both face and eye makeup, so I always seem to have the right one available no matter what look I'm going for. Having each brush labelled is also a really helpful touch, especially when trying new techniques or if I'm reaching for a brush I don't use every day. It makes everything much simpler and takes away the guesswork. The quality has genuinely surprised me as well. The bristles are incredibly soft against the skin and feel much more expensive than I was expecting at this price. They pick up and blend products beautifully, whether I'm using powders, creams or liquids, and they make applying makeup much easier and give a much nicer finish. I've washed several of the brushes already and they've held their shape perfectly without shedding bristles or feeling any different afterwards, which is always something I look out for with a new brush set. The handles feel comfortable to hold and have a nice weight to them, making them easy to control during application. I also like how well the whole set is put together, as it feels like a premium collection rather than a budget one. Considering everything that's included, I think it offers fantastic value for money. Buying brushes of this quality individually would almost certainly cost much more, so having a complete matching set is a real bonus. Overall, I'm genuinely really happy with this purchase. The quality is excellent, the variety is fantastic, they perform brilliantly and they make doing my makeup much more enjoyable. I can honestly see myself using these for a long time, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another Jessup set in the future.
